01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Solid House LLC website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

02. Services Description

Solid House LLC specializes in residential and commercial glazing. Our scope includes:

✓ Door Systems & Entryways
✓ Custom Glazing Solutions
✓ Maintenance & Repair

04. Pricing & Payment

Standard Payment Schedule

Deposit (Signing) 50%

Material Delivery 30%

Project Completion 20%

*Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge after 30 days.

05. Warranties

Labor Warranty

2 Years coverage on installation workmanship defects.

Product Warranty

Manufacturer specific (typically 10-25 years or Lifetime).

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or acts of nature.

06. Limitation of Liability

Important: Solid House LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing structural defects
Consequential or incidental damages
Delays due to weather or permit processing

09. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of King County, Washington.
